Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Timeless Marketing for your screen-printed and transfer-printed product needs. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Ownership of Products: All products remain the property of Timeless Marketing until payment has been made in full. Ownership will transfer to the client only upon receipt of the full balance.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.
- Misprints and Additional Products: Due to the nature of screen printing and transfer printing, a 5% misprint margin is possible. We highly recommend that clients supplying their own products provide additional items to account for potential misprints. Timeless Marketing will not be held liable for shortages caused by misprints if additional items are not supplied.
- Client-Supplied Products: Clients who provide their own products do so at their own risk. While we take every precaution to ensure high-quality printing, we cannot guarantee results on client-supplied items due to unknown variables in fabric composition and quality.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled at the discretion of Timeless Marketing if incorrect products or specifications are selected by the client. Clients will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded less any incurred costs.
- Design and Proofing: All artwork must be approved by the client before production begins. Once approved, any changes may incur additional fees and delay the production timeline.
- Lead Times: Production lead times are estimates and depend on the availability of materials, production capacity, and client approval of designs. Timeless Marketing will not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Pricing: All prices are based on the specifications and information provided by the client at the time of quotation. Any changes to the order details may result in a price adjustment.
- Returns and Refunds: Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a fault attributable to Timeless Marketing. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of the products.
- Product Care: Clients are responsible for following the care instructions provided with the products. Timeless Marketing is not liable for damage resulting from improper care.
- Liability: Timeless Marketing’s liability is limited to the cost of the products ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Privacy: Client information is collected and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- Amendments: Timeless Marketing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website or provided upon request.
- Social Media Posting: Timeless Marketing will not post or share any of the companies, brands or logos printed for trade clients.
